SYLACAUGA, Ala. – On Saturday, Coosa Valley Medical Center will hold its 10th annual Heart and Sole 5K Run that will benefit its Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation facility.
You can register online at heartandsole2020.eventbrite.com or on site starting at 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Registration is $25.
Runners will meet at the main entrance of CVMC. The run starts at 9 a.m.
CVMC will also offer free heart screenings from 8-12 in the main lobby.
