SYLACAUGA, Ala. - The East Alabama Rural Innovation and Training Hub (EARTH), in partnership with the Sylacauga Alliance for Family Enhancement, will host internationally recognized fashion designer and filmmaker Jeff Garner for a special Earth Day Week residency on April 23–24 in Sylacauga.
