A visit from the Sylacauga Chapter of the Order of The Eastern Star lifts spirits at Coosa Valley Healthcare Center Nursing Home

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Magnolia Chapter # 59 Order of The Eastern Star of Sylacauga visited Coosa Valley Healthcare Center Nursing Home in Sylacauga, lifting spirits at the 85-bed skilled nursing facility.

Among the treats for residents of the 24-hour care facility was the presentation of gift bags to residents, holding a sing-a-long, and engaging in meaningful conversations with the residents, fulfilling their stated purpose of enriching the lives of elderly citizens with personal care items and provide personal enjoyment for the residents within the facility.

Leaders of the Magnolia Chapter are Sister Mary Williams, Worthy Matron; Brother Christopher Robinson, Worthy Patron; and Sister Bridgette Smith, Grand District Deputy, District # 11.
