CVMC updates COVID-19 cases

SYLACAUGA, Ala.- Coosa Valley Medical Center has now reported no COVID-19 hospitalizations for three consecutive days.

The hospital released it has tested 66 people for the virus, but now all tests have been fulfilled.

In the Hospital:

-0 patients are currently hospitalized at CVMC with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis

-6 outpatients confirmed positive for COVID-19 have been advised to immediately quarantine at home

-3 inpatients that tested positive have been discharged and advised to immediately quarantine at home

Talladega C0. has 26 confirmed cases of the virus according to the Alabama Department of Public Health and no deaths.
