Upcoming Blue Bell project to prompt temporary traffic changes in Sylacauga

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Blue Bell Creameries has announced temporary traffic changes in conjunction with a planned project at its Sylacauga facility.

The project is scheduled to begin Tuesday, June 16. As part of the work, the facility’s main gate on Fourth St. will be closed through at least Sunday, June 21.

The closure is expected to increase traffic along Collier Ave. beginning Monday, June 15, and continuing throughout the duration of the project.

Blue Bell officials are asking residents and visitors along Collier Ave. to avoid parking on the street whenever possible to help maintain safe and efficient traffic flow during the project.
