SYLACAUGA, Ala. – It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas, and the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce wants residents to save the dates for several major holiday events beginning next month.
First up is the annual Christmas Open House, scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, Nov. 1, at participating shops throughout Sylacauga.
Later in November, the community will gather to officially light Sylacauga’s Christmas tree. The event will feature family-friendly activities from midafternoon into the evening.
Last but certainly not least is the annual Sylacauga Christmas Parade, scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3. The parade will wind through the city’s beautifully decorated streets.
