SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Central Alabama Community College Aduly Education is celebrating family literacy with a pair of Teddy Bear Tales events this week, partnering with Chick-fil-A locations.
Bring your child’s teddy bear or favorite stuffed animal on Monday, Sept. 14th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and enjoy the Teddy Bear Check-Up Station with CACC Medical Career Pathways students, There will be another such chance at Chick-fil-A in Alexander City on Wednesday Sept. 16th at the same time.
During the Sylacauga event, Story Time features Mayor Matt Hubbard and Officer Kenny Ray Funderburg, with cookies and milk, a visit from the Chick-fil-A Cow, plus a surprise taste of one of Chick-fil-A’s new products.
These are FREE family events, focused on building readers, creating opportunities, and strengthening our community with the CACC Adult Education program.
