Talladega County Sheriff’s Office seeks public’s help identifying person in felony probe

SYLACAUGA, Ala – The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person connected to an ongoing felony investigation.

According to the sheriff’s office, the incident occurred on Friday, July 17 at the Walco Handi-Mart in Sylacauga. Investigators have issued a be-on-the-lookout order, commonly known as a BOLO, and are seeking to identify the individual shown in a released photograph.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division at (256) 761-2141.

Anonymous tips may also be submitted through the sheriff’s office website or by calling Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP.

Authorities said tips that lead to the identification and location of the suspect may be eligible for a cash reward.
