SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga City Schools Foundation has invited any and all graduates of Sylacauga High School to know about and contribute to a proposed Coach Earl Lewis Chair.
Coach Lewis for decades did so much for our school system, athletics, and the Sylacauga community. A growing group of former SHS athletes have started a campaign to fund raise in an effort to honor the late coach with a Foundation Chair, what they are calling, “a very meaningful way to remember his legacy.
Donations can be made through through the foundation website at www.scsfoundation.net – select the green donate button at the top right, then select “PayPal Donate,” then dropdown and select Foundation Chair; or mail a check to SCS Foundation, 43 North Broadway, Sylacauga, AL 35150.
