Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce to host Community Shred Day on Friday, March 28 at Heritage South Credit Union

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Heritage South Credit Union, will host a Community Shred Day on Friday, March 28, providing a secure way for residents to dispose of old documents.

Shred Day will take place at the credit union’s main branch on Gene E. Stewart Blvd., just off of Hwy 280. Shredding services will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with special activities planned from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

During the morning hours, attendees can enjoy popcorn, fresh coffee from GiGi’s Java Truck, and a chance to spin the Heritage South Prize Wheel for giveaways.

The event is free and open to the public.
