Starbucks taking up donations benefiting Sylacauga Animal Shelter

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Starbucks in Sylacauga is creating a “get involved” moment for the Sylacauga Animal Shelter during its week of kindness.

Now through July 9, Starbucks is taking up “Dog-Gone-Donations” of food to help provide for pets at the shelter.

For every bag of food donated, Starbucks will supply individual shelter animals with a sweet treat.

“We just want to give back to the community during our week of kindness and thought this would be a perfect way to do just that,” said Starbucks Community Manager, Ginger Smith.
