CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – The Childersburg Rescue Squad is holding their 3rd Annual holiday weekend fund-raiser, selling Boston Butts on Saturday, May 23rd, but the deadline for ordering is Tuesday, May 19th.
Each Boston Butt weighs ten to twelve pounds, large enough to feed a a large gathering of family and friends. And coming at a cost of of $45 each, this delicious treat helps raise funds to keep the Rescu Squad vehicles and equipment maintained and ready to respond to any call from EMA to help an individual or an area in need.
The Childersburg Rescue Squad is an all volunteer organization that relies on a few grants and fundraising to allow them to be able to go when called.
