SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is offering a cash reward starting at $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the Aug. 15 shooting death of 45-year-old Michael Wells of Sylacauga.
According to investigators with the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and medics were called to Pleasant Hill Ln. in the Odena community.
Reports alerted them to the scene because of an unresponsive male. When they arrived, they found Wells had been shot. He died at the scene.
