EAST-CENTRAL ALABAMA - From Friday afternoon, Jan. 9 through early Saturday morning, Jan. 10, a strong storm system knocked out power to a large number of electric customers in Clay, Coosa, and Tallapoosa Counties in east-central Alabama.
