SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Talladega County residents will gather on Saturday, Sept. 26 for the End Addiction Talladega County 2026 Rally, a community event focused on addiction recovery, hope, healing, and restoration efforts.
The rally will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Central Park, across from Blue Bell Creameries in Sylacauga. Organizers say the event is open to individuals, families, churches, and others who believe addiction does not have to determine a person’s future.
Activities will include food trucks, vendors, free hot dogs, a waterslide, and face painting for children. The event also will feature food, fellowship, personal testimony, and music, along with preaching, a drama team, and skits.
Organizers will close the gathering with a candle-lighting ceremony as participants come together to support people affected by addiction and promote a message of freedom, restoration, and hope throughout Talladega County.
