SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce will host a community-wide Spring Hiring Fair on Tuesday, May 5, connecting local employers with job seekers across south Talladega County.
The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the J. Craig Smith Community Center in Sylacauga. Doors will open to the public at 9:00 a.m., while employer setup begins at 8:00 a.m.
Several regional employers are expected to participate, offering information about available positions and opportunities to apply for jobs. Space will also be available for companies that wish to conduct on-site interviews during the event.
Participation is free for both employers and job seekers. Tables and chairs will be provided for businesses, and access to electrical outlets and WiFi will be available.
Organizations interested in participating are asked to confirm their attendance by Tuesday, April 28. The hiring fair aims to help fill open positions and strengthen the local workforce.
