SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A vehicle pursuit that began in Talladega entered Sylacauga city limits on Hwy 21 at approximately 10:33 a.m. on Friday, June 7.
Sylacauga Police officers responded to assist the Talladega Police Department and the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office.
The chase continued down Broadway Ave., and spike strips were deployed that successfully disabled the vehicle at the intersection of Hwy 21 and Hwy 280.
The driver, whose identity has not been confirmed, was taken into custody.
