SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A Sunday evening crash two miles northwest of Sylacauga on U.S. Highway 280 claimed the life of 33-year-old Robert Lee Green Jr.
Green, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from his vehicle when it left the roadway and struck a tree. According to Alabama State Troopers, the preliminary investigation shows that alcohol and speed may have been factors.
