SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Food trucks lined Norton Ave., offering a variety of dining options, while children enjoyed activities throughout the event. Live music filled the air, and vendors and exhibitors distributed plenty of freebies. The evening concluded with a spectacular fireworks display during the 2026 Star Spangled Sylacauga celebration.
Those looking for more Independence Day festivities over the weekend didn’t have to travel far. On Saturday, June 27, similar celebrations took place in Childersburg, Lincoln, and Chelsea, all within easy driving distance.
