CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Those looking for a fun and active evening can hit the dance floor later this month during a Glow-in-the-Dark Zumba event hosted by Seniors Active in Life, or SAIL, at the R.S. Limbaugh Community Center on Thursday, March 26.
The high-energy class will run from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is open to anyone interested in fitness, dancing, and a little glow-in-the-dark fun. The session will be led by Baila Fitness and supported by the Childersburg Parks and Recreation Department.
The class will feature easy-to-follow Zumba moves designed to keep participants moving while enjoying a lively atmosphere. The glow-themed workout encourages attendees to move, dance, and have fun together.
A seated option will also be available, with chairs provided for participants who prefer or need a lower-impact version of the workout.
Admission is $10 per person at the door.
