This month’s American Hero of the Month is Dennis Elliott.
Elliott served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1984-1988 stationed at Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
“One of the things I remember most about serving in the Marine Corp was no matter where you were stationed or deployed you were never a stranger,” said Elliott. “There is a bond between Marines that is forever. Even today many years after I served, when I meet another Marine, that bond is still there.”
What Elliott says he loves about this country is that America is the greatest country on earth. The rights and freedom we enjoy have been provided by the Constitution of The United States of America, all those who served in the armed forces in the defense of our nation and those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice on the altar of freedom.
