This month’s American Hero of the Month is Chris Theilacker.
Theilacker served in the United States United States Army from 1997-2021.
“I’ve got two favorite memories, each for different reasons,” said Theilacker. My favorite specific moment was conducting a parachute jump in Jordan with the Jordanian Special Forces. My favorite (and most personally rewarding) assignment was serving as the commander of a Field Artillery battalion.”
Since retiring, he has been blessed to serve as the Youth Pastor for First Baptist Church of Sylacauga.
