ALPINE, Ala. – A 68-year-old Alpine man was killed in a single-vehicle accident at approximately 8:20 p.m. on Friday.
Arthur Willis died when the truck he was driving left the Logan Martin Dam Road one mile west of Alpine, struck an embankment, and came to rest in Logan Martin Lake.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are continuing to investigate.
