SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga police respond to a report of a stolen vehicle on June 4.
The victim told police his 1987 blue Toyota pick-up truck was missing from the parking lot at 1010 North Broadway Avenue.
SPD investigators, along with Talladega County Sheriff’s Deputies, found the truck on Old Sylacauga Highway.
As previously reported by SylacaugaNews.com, James Lee Gosdin, 60, was arrested and charged with Theft of Property First Degree, which is a class “B” felony. A class “B” felony is punishable of 2 to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $30,000.00.
