GOODWATER, Ala. – Seven people – four women and three men – were arrested Tuesday, Sept. 15, on various drug-related charges during a series of drug busts in Goodwater.
The suspects are charged with offenses including possession of methamphetamine, possession of prescription drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, chemical endangerment of a child, and failure to appear, comply, or pay.
Arrested and charged by the Coosa County Sheriff’s Department were Stormie Nichole Thornton, Samantha Maggie Pitt-Sly, Christopher Lee Mulkey, Tonya Faye Brown, Chandler Grady Sly, Lonnie Eral Grogan, and Barbara Suzanne Butler.
