SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Blue Bell Creameries introduced its newest limited-time flavor on Thursday, May 21, adding a berry-inspired option to its lineup just ahead of summer.
The new Black Raspberry Fudge ice cream combines black raspberry-flavored ice cream with dark chocolate-flavored chunks and a chocolate fudge swirl. The flavor is now available in stores in both half-gallon and pint sizes.
“This is the first raspberry flavor to join our lineup in a few years, so this will be a treat for many,” said Joe Robertson, Executive Director of Advertising and Marketing for Blue Bell.
Robertson described the new offering as a blend of sweet and tart black raspberry ice cream paired with chocolate chunks and a rich fudge swirl.
“The flavor is decadent, indeed!” he said.
Blue Bell regularly releases seasonal and specialty flavors throughout the year, often for limited runs.
