Lakeview Title and Closings celebrates opening of Sylacauga office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Lakeview Title and Closings owner Nikki Wyatt officially opened her second location at 22 Airport Rd. in Sylacauga with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, next door to U-Save Car & Truck Rental.

Wyatt was joined in the celebration by Chelsea Swanger, head of her new Sylacauga office, and by Donna Young of the Alexander City office, along with representatives of the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce and a large crowd from the region’s real estate and mortgage community.

“I’ve been in this business for over 15 years now,” said Wyatt, “and my focus has always been on providing convenient service for our customers. We have a great working relationship with those in the real estate field, as you can see by the crowd that joined us here today. There are fewer and fewer people doing what we do full time, it seems, which makes it so much easier to schedule closings at a time that works well for everyone involved.”

Lakeview handles all aspects of real estate closings, including escrow and all title services.

“We handle the details allowing buyers, sellers, agents, and others to focus on what they do while we make what can be a nervous aspect of the business easier,” Wyatt stated.

Day to day operations will be handled by Swanger in the new office, with Wyatt floating between offices as needed. Stop by and discuss your real estate needs with them.
