SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Police Department has welcomed a new officer, Jonathan Ledbetter, to the force. With over 15 years of law enforcement experience, Officer Ledbetter brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and commitment to public safety.
With a new school year fast-approaching, Officer Ledbetter will be taking on an important role, serving as a School Resource Officer (SRO), working closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment at the local schools.
His background in community policing and dedication to youth mentorship make him an outstanding addition to the SRO program.
