SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Construction is underway at Wendy’s in Sylacauga.
Wendy’s on West Fort Williams closed on May 22 for an extensive remodel.
According to Wendy’s marketing coordinator, Bayne Million the project is expected to be completed by July 30. The staff will then need 1-2 weeks before re-opening the restaurant.
The extensive re-image of Wendy’s will give it a brand new, fresh look, as only the four outer walls will remain from the former design. The entire kitchen, dining room, and restrooms are being replaced.
The exterior is also being renovated for an entirely new look. Increased exterior lighting will be added, and the current two-window drive-thru will be updated as well.
The dining room seating capacity will remain similar in size, with the ability to host more than 60 guests. Coca-Cola Freestyle with more than 100 beverage flavors will be a new addition.
Wendy’s looks forward to serving its Sylacauga guests when they re-open with an entirely new and fresh look.
