SYLACAUGA, Ala. – On Saturday, Feb. 18., CVMC will hold its seventh annual Heart and Sole 5K Run that will benefit its Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation facility. The event will be held at 8:30 a.m. at its professional office building.
Participants will have the choice to either run or walk the race, and will be able to choose between participating in the 5K or 1-mile fun run.

Nearly everyone has been or knows someone who has been affected in some way by cardiac and pulmonary health issues. According to Chief Business Development Officer Vanessa Green, heart disease is the number one killer of men and women in the United States.
