Suspect charged in officer-involved shooting
SYLACAUGA, Ala. - William Wayne Osbourn of Sycamore has been charged with Attempted Murder of a Police Officer, a Class “A” Felony, and Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle, a Class “B” Felony and is in the Talladega County Jail.
