CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – The Yea!106.5 “Young Guns” tonight won softball championship playoffs in Childersburg, defeating the Alan Holmes “Misfits” 44-43 in the final game.

The team won the regular season before advancing through tournament play, and, after a first-round bye, crushed former NBA All-Star Gerald Wallace’s “Country Boyz” in semi-finals.

The Yea!106.5-sponsored team begins play in the Sylacauga league on Tuesday, hoping for its fourth consecutive season win there.
