SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Mack Howell, RadioAlabama’s Business Manager and a huge Alabama football fan, received a special birthday greeting on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Sharing a birthday with Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban, you’d think the birthday greeting might come from a former or current Alabama player. However, that wasn’t the case.
Instead, the birthday greeting came from former Auburn Tiger standout Chris Davis
The tenth anniversary of the famous Iron Bowl “Kick Six” is approaching where Davis, a cornerback and return specialist for the Tigers, caught a 57-yard field goal attempt that fell short with one second remaining and took it back 109 yards to secure victory in 2013.
It is not known who may have instigated this birthday wish, but according to unnamed sources, Mack Howell is currently investigating to discover who is the perpetrator.
