[WATCH] Blue Bell releases new Oatmeal Cream Pie ice cream

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – July is National Ice Cream Month, and to celebrate the occasion Blue Bell has released their newest flavor inspired by a classic treat most sweet tooths are quite familiar with.

The new release from Blue Bell is called Oatmeal Cream Pie.

It consists of “oatmeal flavored ice cream with hints of brown sugar mixed with soft oatmeal cookies and a vanilla icing swirl” according to the ice cream manufacturer’s Facebook page.

The brand new flavor is available for a limited time at most grocery stores around the area. It comes in half-gallon and pint sizes while supplies last.

Blue Bell’s Mark Gollot stopped by the RadioAlabama studios and brought some of the Oatmeal Cream Pie ice cream with him for MIX 106.5’s Michael Brannon and KiX Country’s Rebecca Young to taste test.
