SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga City Schools Foundation (SCS) will be presenting Vaden Toyota of Sylacauga with the 58th Foundation Chair Thursday, April 9, at 4:00 p.m.
The presentation will take place in the Sylacauga High School foyer.
“This amazing partnership that we have had with Vaden Toyota for one and a half years is beyond compare, and they have pledged to continue to donate $25 per car sold (new or used) to the Foundation through 2020,” said Executive Director at SCS Carol Sprayberry.
A Foundation Chair is achieved when $25,000 has been donated from one entity (individual, family, company, Class, etc), and Vaden Toyota has already surpassed that amount.
According to Sprayberry, every bit of the money collected through the partnership is being donated toward the SCS Math Initiative to directly impact math instruction for grades K-12.
The Mission of the Sylacauga City Schools Foundation is to enrich the quality of education for students by providing financial support to classroom teachers and programs.
