[UPDATE] Sylacauga Police report that a missing Sylacauga woman has been found safe

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Yesterday, the Sylacauga Police Department asked for the public’s help in locating Nicole O’Neal, a woman reported missing after last speaking with her daughter on Tuesday, July 29. Just after 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5, the department released the following statement:

“We are pleased to report that Nicole O’Neal has been safely located. The Sylacauga Police Department thanks everyone who shared information, submitted tips, and helped spread the word over the past few days. Your support and vigilance played a vital role in this case, and we are grateful for the strong community response. At this time, no further details will be released to respect the privacy of those involved. Thank you again for your continued support and trust.”
