SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Animal Shelter is having a spay and neuter sale on March 6 at Petsense on Hwy. 280.
Spaying and neutering is the only long-term solution to reduce the amount of homeless dogs and cats at the shelter and in our community.
The Sylacauga Animal Shelter, along with the Feral Dogs of Avondale Mills, will be giving spay and neuter vouchers for both cats and dogs for $25.
The event will be March 6 from 9 a.m. until noon. Vouchers will be first come, first serve until donated funds or vouchers run out.
Vouchers are only available to Talladega County and Coosa County residents.
For safety reasons, the event organizers ask that everyone in attendance wear a mask and practice social distancing.
For more information about the event, contact the Feral Dogs of Avondale Mills on Facebook.
