TALLAPOOSA COUNTY, Ala. – On Monday, Jan. 14, the Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Department and the Newsite Police Department conducted a joint investigation regarding Child Pornography.
As a result of the investigation on Wednesday, Jan. 16, Justin Kyle Hutcherson, 32, address 12810 Hwy. 22 East in Newsite was arrested and has been charged with four counts of Production of Obscene Matter, four counts of Possession of Obscene Matter, four of Tampering with Physical Evidence and one count Aggravated Criminal Surveillance.
Hutcherson remains in the Tallapoosa County Jail and his bond set $150,000.
The investigation is ongoing.
