ALPINE, Ala. – The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) and Central Alabama CrimeStoppers are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for armed robbery.
The incident occurred Monday, April 10, when a man was caught on surveillance video at Pop’s Bottle Shop in Alpine.
In a screen capture from the video that was released by investigators, the individual is seen producing a handgun and pointing it at someone off-camera.
The armed man would demand property from the person off camera.
Investigators say that the suspect is described as a black male, viewed on security surveillance cameras wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt.
The CrimeStoppers are offering a cash reward for information that leads to the identification of the suspect.
