ALPINE, Ala. – A warrant has been issued for an Alpine dog trainer who is accused of animal abuse.
The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) confirmed that Jeff McArthur is wanted for misdemeanor animal abuse.
TCSO investigators have spoken with victims and witnesses involved in the case, adding that the department is taking the allegations very seriously.
The Sheriff’s Department received numerous calls after images and videos of the alleged abuse started appearing on social media, even bringing national attention to the case.
