SYLACAUGA, Ala. – With the Tuesday, May 19 primary quickly approaching, the Talladega County Republican Party (DEGAGOP) has called its final meeting before Election Day, inviting their general membership, supporters, voters, candidates, and interested citizens to attend.
The gathering is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Acme Sandwich Shop, located at 108 N Broadway Ave. in Sylacauga.
Candidates from federal, state, and local races are scheduled to be there, offering a valuable opportunity to meet them and hear directly from those who will be on the ballot in the upcoming primary.
The agenda will include a review and discussion of the slate of qualified candidates, updates ahead of the primary election and a potential runoff on Tuesday, June 16, and a discussion of voter engagement and party preparation to ensure members are informed heading into this important election.
