SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga Nutrition is now open in the Marble City.
Jay and Erica Culpepper, from Mississippi, opened their shake and loaded tea venue today just off of Hwy. 21 in the same shopping center as Subway.
Sylacauga Nutrition offers meal replacement shakes in a variety of flavors from 200 to 250 calories. All shakes are low sugar and low carbohydrate meant to be a true meal replacement.
Erica Culpepper told SylacaugaNews.com people expect a milkshake-like drink, but that is not the case. “The drinks are healthy, still taste good, but are to replace a meal,” she explained.
Loaded teas are also on the menu. Loaded teas are full of energy, B vitamins, and ingredients that help with digestion and absorption of vitamins. Loaded teas have zero sugar, 24 calories and a number of flavors.
Sylacauga Nutrition is open Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
