SYLACAUGA, Ala. – On Tuesday, June 6, the Sylacauga Police Department notified media of an arrest which took place on June 2, 2017.
According to a release from SPD, 22-year-old Terry Madison Baker was taken into custody and charged with Third Degree Robbery.
Police say the arrest and charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 23 at a local hotel. The victim of the crime personally knew Baker and notified police.
Robbery Third Degree is a Class “C” felony. Punishment for a Class “C” felony upon conviction could range from not more than 10 years or not less than one-year and one-day in prison.
Baker is currently being held at the Talladega Co. Jail.
