Sylacauga man arrested after recent AltaPoint Health burglary

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A Sylacauga man is behind bars after being arrested and charged in recent AltaPoint Health burglary.

Nicholas Wayne Brown, 32,  was arrested for Burglary 3rd on Feb. 2, 2021.

Brown is accused of burglarizing “AltaPoint Health,” a business in Sylacauga on Old Birmingham Hwy. and removing items from a storage building.

Brown’s bond was set at $7,500.00 by Talladega County Circuit Court Magistrates. Brown is still incarcerated and is awaiting trial.

Burglary 3rd is a Class “C” Felony with a sentence ranging from 1 year and 1 day to 10 years.
