SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Kiwanis Club will host its 71st annual Pancake Day on Saturday, March 7, offering residents a chance to enjoy a community breakfast while supporting local youth programs and charities.
The event will run from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the cafeteria of Sylacauga High School. Pancake plates will be available for $6, with both dine-in and take-out options offered.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at the B.B. Comer Memorial Library, the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce, from local Kiwanis members, or through students involved in Key Club and Builders Club.
Organizers say the annual fundraiser helps the club continue its mission of supporting youth initiatives and community charities throughout the area.
For more than seven decades, Pancake Day has served as a staple community event, bringing residents together while raising funds to benefit programs for local children and families.
