SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Police Department has issued a public notification that the intersection of W Spring St. and S Anniston Ave. near Coosa Valley Medical Center is now a four-way stop.
The change was made to improve traffic safety and provide a safer environment for everyone traveling through the area.
The Sylacauga Police Department asks motorists to use extra caution, come to a complete stop, and remain aware of other vehicles and pedestrians as everyone adjusts to the change.
“We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to keep our community safe,” the department said in a release. “Please slow down, pay attention, and stay safe.”
