SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga High School has announced its top academic achievers for the Class of 2024 with Natalie Robinson securing the title of Valedictorian and Elizabeth Atkinson along with Camilla Friday being honored as Co-Salutatorians.
Natalie Robinson, daughter of Michael and Angela Robinson, has not only excelled academically but has also demonstrated outstanding leadership and community involvement throughout her high school journey.
With plans to pursue dual majors in Business Management and Psychology at the University of Alabama, Robinson has been granted numerous scholarships and accolades, including acceptance into the university’s Honors College and the UA Achieve Scholars Cohort.
Similarly, Elizabeth Atkinson, daughter of Greg and Cindy Atkinson, and Camilla Friday, daughter of Brooks and Candice Friday, have exhibited remarkable dedication to both academics and extracurricular activities throughout their time at SHS.
Atkinson will be majoring in Food and Nutrition with a pre-med track at the University of Alabama, while Friday will begin her journey in biomedical sciences at Auburn University.
Graduation commencement for Sylacauga High School’s Valedictorian, Co-Salutatorians, and the entire Class of 2024 is set for Tuesday, May 21, at 7:00 p.m. at Legion Stadium.
