SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga City Schools welcomes 21 new employees to its staff.
At Indian Valley, Stephanie Kines and Samantha Huntley-Nwogo join the K-2 teaching staff.
Katelynn Letcher Adair and Robyn Whittington are new teachers at Pinecrest Elementary.
Monica Anderson will be teaching eighth grade English at Nichols-Lawson Middle School and Samantha Carl will be a sixth grade science teacher. Danielle Watson is the new school secretary.
Sylacauga High School welcomes Amy Dennis, science; Alfonzo Frazier, career prep; Destiny Frazier, physical education and varsity girls basketball head coach; Kathryn Garrett, counselor; Daniel Seth Harris, social studies; Holly Howell, nurse; Darrell McNealey, instructional assistant; Emily Owens, special education; Randie Caroline Roberts, math and special education; Granison Wagstaff, English; Joshua Woods, science; and Andrew Zow, physical education and football head coach.
Joining the Technology department is Christopher Scott as technician, and Joey Butler is a new bus driver in the Transportation department.
Jennifer Rosato, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, commented, “We are excited about the experience and enthusiasm our new employees bring. These highly-qualified individuals will join our current staff to have a positive impact on our students.”
