SYLACAUGA, Ala. -Students in the Sylacauga City School system are spreading kindness to frontline workers at Coosa Valley Medical Center.

Words of encouragement and artwork are on display to bring a smile to those working the frontlines in the Intensive Care Unit at CVMC
