Sylacauga City Council will hold a called Budget Work Session over the weekend

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga City Council has called a special budget work session for 9:00 a.m. in the Faye Hosey Council Chamber at City Hall on Saturday, Dec. 13.

Council President Tiffany Nix called the meeting to discuss budgets for the following city departments:

Administration and Finance, Animal Shelter, Building Services, Executive and Legislative, Fire, Municipal Court, Police, Shop, Street, B.B. Comer Memorial Library, Parks and Recreation, and the Comer Museum and Arts Center.

Budgeting for other contract entities and appropriations will be discussed at a later date yet to be determined.
